Vency graduated from Canada with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance. She is qualified as a Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong and a Certified Internal Auditor in the United States.

She has extensive experience in corporate audits for clients of different sizes in industries including trading, manufacturing, servicing and non-profit making organisations. She also gained experience through involvement in consulting projects in the areas of management consulting, fraud investigation and process management.

Vency is involved in overseeing the firm’s quality management, training and technical updates and in providing professional support to the audit department. She is also a member of the Review Panel for HKICPA Best Corporate Governance & ESG Awards.
