HLB Hodgson Impey Cheng have opened a new division within the group designed to assist clients with their marketing requirements. The purpose is to provide a cost-effective service in instances where the need is temporary, or where the help of an outsider may be useful in revising existing marketing strategies, or establishing new ones.
We are a firm of business advisers with a history of over 60 years in Hong Kong. Our association with HLB International, a world-wide network of independent professional accounting firms and business advisers, provides global access to markets in over 100 countries. Our clients are both local and overseas.
What we offer
We encompass the full scope of marketing activities: from helping prepare sales literature through to assisting in the location of possible export agents. We can - and often do - help clients review their overall marketing strategy. As outsiders we can bring a detached perspective to the issue.

Many small firms may not have a full-time marketing department. We can offer the service on a part-time and temporary basis - without the commitment to long-term costs - yet offering a very high level of professional advice.
For medium-sized businesses we can bring to bear a host of add-on services to existing marketing departments. Typically, by helping analyse existing strategies in a dispassionate manner, and by specialised areas of expertise not normally required by the client organisation.
What we do
Our consultants can work with you at any level: helping devise strategy at director level, or working with the managers of your marketing department. We can call on market research overseas, and help set up appointments with agents and importers. We can provide written reports. We can even - if needed - provide a consultant to act as a your marketing manager on a temporary basis. Or our Executive Search department could help you locate a full-time person for such a post.
