Mr. Kwok joined the Company in 2001. He has extensive experience in assisting Hong Kong and Chinese enterprises in going public, as well as in other corporate exercises in Hong Kong, such as mergers and acquisitions and financial due diligence. He is familiar with regulatory requirements of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, especially those relating to initial public offering and notifiable transactions. He is also involved closely with audit assignments for licensed corporations regulated under the Securities and Futures Commission and companies listed on the Main Board and the GEM of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.
Jacky served as a Committee Member of the Practice Review Committee (2018 – 2022) of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
